Production Blog: Finalizing Filming for my Music Video

Hey bloggers welcome back, and today I have some very exciting news involving my latest project. As you all might know for the past month I've been working on a music video with groupmates from my school. This week we finally have finished one of the main components of this project. We finished the filming portion of the music video. Over the last few days we were splitting up our filming to finally complete it, but it was no walk in the park for us. The group faced various challenges to get together and start filming, the first issue we ran into was completely out of our control. The weather was our first issue we ran into various problems regarding heavy storms, extreme winds and extreme heat. Our next issue as a group to tackle filming was our schedules. All of our schedules did not align and we had an incredibly hard time setting a day and place to film especially with the weather. Our schedules were a huge problem as each of us do some sort of extracurricular that creates less time for us to work. Joao and Nick are constantly going to practice and soccer tournaments further up North in places like Naples. I am consistently at the gym so finding a day in which every single group member was free and able to film for 1-2 hours was almost impossible. But we managed and we filmed the final half of our scenes and we did this in high quality. I had to use another different costume for this portion of the filming but still similar to what I used in the first portion of filming. I wore a completely different set of dress pants, with the same shoes and a colored button-up shirt. I was considering wearing a gr wig or something of the sort. But I decided that was overkill and if I did wear the wig it would have to be of really high quality so it doesn't look silly. We did not have the budget to do something like that. The others wore similar outfits to the theme of aging and then we filmed and we finished up in around 75 minutes. Well that's all bloggers and thank you for reading, have a fantastic day!!
