Hey bloggers, as you may now know I have finished filming my music video. I'm on the last step in completing this music video and it could be the step that makes or breaks the quality of the production. The group has all been working on their own versions of the music video and most of them are using the i movie app on their phones. I've continued my work on CapCut and when the videos finally got through to my phone, I immediately started working. I first joined both parts of filming to create a cohesive piece. I then had to think about how to transition from scene to scene without making the production look robotic. I had to find transitions that made the video appear as natural as possible. I was also considering creating captions for the video to make it easier to watch and understand. I was scared it would make the video end up looking weird and unnatural. For the past week the group has been researching various thriller movies, the movie we're researching at the moment is the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (TCM) is a long term favorite amongst scare enthusiasts and has touched the hearts of millions of fans. However, the most recent installment of the series is poorly rated by many due to its poor storyline. The TCM is a scary film and has some notable scenes that draw out fear in the audience but lack of interesting storyline makes it bland and unentertaining. The TCM uses tracking shots, close-ups and inserts. The TCM also uses very detailed props and costumes to immerse audiences such as chainsaws and leather masks. The TCM fantastically uses jump scares and music to intensify the film and it truly terrifies the audience. Hey bloggers and welcome back to my blog, we're nearing the end of our time to make this opening sequence. The sequence is looking greater than it has ever looed and I'm very proud of how it has come out. All I have to do is upload the video on Vimeo and try and embed it into our next blog. This however was more of a struggle than I anticipated it would be. My computer like last time was not cooperating with me and I had to go through various help forums in order to fix the issue. This was slightly frustrating as it took up about like 15 minutes of my time. After the video was finally uploaded, I ran into the previous issues I had with my other forms of media I had submitted before. The sequence came out in 480p and made the sequence look horrible and as if it were filmed on an ancient camera. Once again I had to adjust the frame rate and quality of video before publishing.
